Charges:

  1. To propose and draft consensus reports/recommendations (with PTCOG Executive Committee oversight) on clinical and technical aspects of using particle beam for head and neck cancer
  2. To develop, propose, report and collaborate in clinical trials, including those with other professional societies on behalf of PTCOG, related to head and neck cancer treatments
  3. To develop and propose scientific topics and speakers for PTCOG meetings and possible auxiliary symposia, including those with other professional societies (with PTCOG Executive Committee oversight).
  4. To carry out plan comparison studies to identify clinical practice variability and to use this information to develop treatment recommendations and guidelines for head and neck cancer treatment to arrive at more uniform approaches
